Following our well attended AGM, I am pleased to list the associations officers for 2025/ 2026.

In addition, we have again co-opted Roy Pointer to continue leading our various interactions with BCP Council.
We also appointed former chairman John Sprackling as our life long Honorary President.
Finally, regarding the AGM, grateful thanks to Andrea and Vicki and her helpers for its smooth running and as always, excellent refreshments.
Those who read John Harkness’s monthly planning review will realise that there is no let-up in the flow of planning applications that could impact our area, and no let-up in the number that John, on our behalf, registers well-argued objections to. We need to remember that each objection is based on the possible contravening of some aspect of planning law. We cannot, and do not, register objections just because a member or members don’t like the look of an application. We are very lucky to some of John professional knowledge to lead this important aspect of our activities.
The Next Association Open Meeting will be on:
Wednesday 11th June, usual time and place. Apart from the normal update on planning matters, we hope to learn more about plans for a Poole Town Council. Hope to see many of you there.
